When given a VW Bus model to texture, I knew I had to make it fly. Not actually, but I knew I wanted to do something out of the left field and landed with modifying this relic with technology featured in the original 1977 Star Wars.
Fitted with light speed engines and wings based off the classic X-Wing, this project was no easy feat; Using many different procedural maps I was able turn the VW Bus into a lived-in, dirty, dusty space ship.
